Ooh, this is pretty cool!
The eyes are pretty big there.. almost like orbs, in a way. I like how you have shaded it all in, though, and how you have managed to include quite a lot of detail there in terms of the features and more. There is a good sense of depth here, and it's cool that you've added to the background so that it's not completely stark.
